Junior Project Manager (M/F)

DB Scape is seeking to recruit for immediate hiring a Junior project manager, to sustain the company growth in the call center automation domain.

Job description: 

As a junior project manager, you will manage IVR and voice portal implementation projects, using DBScape VocaBase Voice Application Management Software. Your job will include the following tasks :

  • Business requirements analysis and functional and architectural design
  • Software installation & setup and application configuration
  • Customer information system integration (CRM, IT systems, …)
  • Application testing, commissioning and optimization
  • Customer training
  • Project planning and execution management with customers and partners

Profile: 

  • High level technical education in the target domain
  • Technical expertise in
    • Speech technology (VoiceXML, text-to-speech and speech recognition)
    • Information technology (SOA, HTML, XML, Java, J2EE, Webservices, RDBMS, SQL, …)
    • Content management, design tools and technologies (Visio, UML)
    • Call center and telephony environments (VoIP, SIP, CTI, …)
  • Proven experience in project and quality management
    • Schedule, gant charts, efficiency, profitability and quality follow-up
    • Team support and management
    • High communication skills
  • Flexible, confident, ambitious, good analytical skills, looking for new challenges with the pragmatic approach to take them up, initiative & autonomy spirit to work in a small dynamic entrepreneurial environment.
  • Fluent spoken and written Dutch or French. Other European languages appreciated.
  • Willing to travel and meet our customers all over Europe. 

Contract:


Full-time assignment, based in the company office in Waterloo, South of Brussels.
Salary package in line with market standards.
