18-10-2005 and 8-11-2005 : Genesys France seminars on new generation speech-enabled Interactive Voice Response portals.

About fifty representatives of various industries, such as banking and insurance, retail and telecommunications have enjoyed the joined presentations by Genesys and DB Scape in Paris on October 18 and November 8, 2005 about the new generation of Interactive Voice Response systems. Customers have appreciated the latest release 7 of the Genesys Voice Platform that enables enterprises to roll-out VoiceXML applications in both TDM and VoIP environment, leveraging the best in class speech technologies thanks to the new MRCP interface standard. DB Scape shared its experience acquired in the implementation of new IVR applications with its VocaBase software in applications like automatic call attendance and routing, self-service ordering and customer care transactions. The attendees were mostly interested in the usage of new speech technologies in applications that need to be tightly integrated with both their existing telephony & call center (CTI) infrastructure and their back-end enteprise IT applications.
