DB Scape has joined forces with Genesys for this year's SeCA trade show, to be held in Paris from April 12th to 14th.

160 exhibitors and over 300 delegates will attend the show. Eight proficiency sectors will be showcasing their solutions to give a comprehensive view of the client relationship market, including Software, Services and Hardware sectors. Aimed at helping key decision makers boost their business performance, the show will aim to train, inform and differentiate.
